Submission & Review
How do I submit a paper? +
Visit the Submit page, choose the most appropriate journal, and click "Submit Paper" to access that journal's submission portal.
How long does peer review take? +
Initial editorial screening takes 2–5 business days. The full peer review process typically takes 4–8 weeks.
Can I submit to multiple journals at once? +
No. Simultaneous submissions are not permitted. Your manuscript must not be under review at any other journal while submitted to one of ours.
What languages are accepted? +
We accept manuscripts in both Arabic and English. The abstract must be provided in both languages.
What file format should I use? +
Submit as MS Word (.docx) or PDF. For initial submission, .docx is preferred.
Is there a word limit? +
Research articles should be 6,000–12,000 words excluding references.
Open Access & Copyright
Are your journals open access? +
Yes. All articles are freely available online immediately upon publication under the CC BY 4.0 license.
What is CC BY 4.0? +
Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International allows others to share, copy, and adapt the work in any medium or format, as long as they credit the original authors and the journal.
Who owns the copyright? +
Authors retain copyright of their work. By submitting, authors grant the journal a license to publish and distribute the work under CC BY 4.0.
Are there article processing charges (APC)? +
APC schedules vary by journal. Senior Researcher and Fellow members receive full APC waivers.
Membership
What are the membership benefits? +
Members receive certificates, directory listings, submission priority, APC waivers (Senior/Fellow), conference invitations, and more. See the Membership page.
How do I become a member? +
Choose a plan on the Membership page and complete checkout on stardomuniversity.org.
Can I join the editorial board? +
Yes, with Fellow-level membership. Email your CV to info@stardomuniversity.edu.eu.
Indexing & Impact
Which databases index your journals? +
Our journals are indexed in Scopus, ISI Indexing, EBSCO, and E-Marefa. See the Indexing page for details.
Do published articles receive DOIs? +
Yes. All published articles are registered with CrossRef and receive permanent Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs).
Are your journals listed in Scopus? +
The Journal of Economic and Administrative Sciences is indexed in Scopus. Other journals are indexed in ISI, EBSCO, and E-Marefa.
